Huner Karwan — Building Skills, Creating Independent Futures

Vocational training in tailoring, carpentry, IT, and more that transforms unemployed men and women into self-sufficient earners.

"Allah loves that when any one of you does a thing, he should do it with excellence and mastery. Through skill and honest work, we honour the blessings Allah has given us."

— Hadith & Sunnah

What We Do

Huner Karwan is our vocational skills training program designed to break the cycle of poverty by equipping unemployed men and women with marketable trades. In a country where millions lack formal education or job opportunities, we provide hands-on training in tailoring, carpentry, information technology, beauty services, and electrical work. Each course is designed with local employers to ensure graduates possess real-world skills that lead directly to employment or entrepreneurship, transforming lives through the dignity of work.

How It Works

A typical Huner Karwan cycle runs for three to six months, combining classroom instruction with practical workshops in fully equipped training centres. Students spend mornings learning theory and afternoons practising their craft under the guidance of experienced instructors. What makes the program uniquely effective is our job placement network — we partner with local businesses to hire our graduates, and provide micro-loans for those who wish to start their own enterprises, creating a complete path from poverty to independence.
