▸ What We Do

Our Transgender Empowerment program is dedicated to restoring dignity and creating sustainable livelihoods for Pakistan's transgender community — one of the country's most socially excluded and economically vulnerable groups. Despite constitutional protections, transgender individuals face systemic discrimination in healthcare, employment, and housing. We provide free medical checkups, mental health counselling, legal rights workshops, and vocational training specifically tailored to their needs, ensuring they receive the respect, care, and opportunities every citizen deserves.

The program operates through safe community centres in four major cities, offering a combination of drop-in clinics, skills training batches, and advocacy support. A typical week includes health screenings, group counselling sessions, and classes in tailoring, makeup artistry, and digital literacy. What makes this initiative transformative is our peer-led model — we employ transgender community members as outreach workers and trainers, creating representation, trust, and sustainable employment within the very community we serve.
